What Aeorost is
Aeorost Suite is a business management service for small and midsize companies: quotes and invoices, customer relationships, support, HR, appointments, documents, PDF editing, and a client portal. The service is hosted and operated by the publisher.
The product is currently in open beta. Access is free during that period, and the service is being changed regularly. See the Terms for what that implies.

Hosting
The application, the database, and the file storage are hosted by Supabase Inc. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Transactional email is delivered through Brevo. Those providers process data on our behalf and only on our instructions; the Privacy policy describes what each one receives.
Intellectual property
The Aeorost name, the interface, the source code, and the documentation are the property of the publisher. No licence is granted other than the right to use the service for the duration of your account.
What belongs to you stays yours. Your customer records, your invoices, your files, and everything you enter in the service remain your property. We claim no right over them beyond what is needed to run the service and to answer your support requests.
Third-party names
Product names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a file format or a competing tool does not imply any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. The publisher is a US limited liability company; it does not charge value-added tax. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout, based on the billing address you provide.
During the beta, no payment is collected. The price displayed on the pricing section is the reference price for when the beta ends.
Reporting illegal content
To report content that infringes your rights, write to contact@aeorost.org with the exact address of the content, the right you believe is infringed, and the information needed to reach you. We acknowledge receipt and act within a reasonable time.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute falls under the courts of New Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory rule protecting a consumer in their country of residence.
